Waterproof liner:  Pack-Right car top carriers are made of HydroTuff waterproof material.  They protect your gear from storms better than any other car top bag.  However they are stitched together at the seams for strength.  Our liner put inside any car top carrier will protect your gear should any water seep inside.  Pack-Right car top carriers and liners provide water & storm protection unmatched by any roof top system on the market.

Roof Protection Pad:  The car rooftop pad protects your car from the sharp or pointy items you put in your car top bag.  The pad goes either between your roof and car top bag or inside on the bottom of your carrier.  Should you drop a suitcase with steel feet or wheel, the pad offers a layer of protection.  The pad also offers "grip" between the bag and roof top, good for applications where the car clips are used (no roof rack).

Car Clips, Gutter Clips: These are vinyl coated steel flat hooks (ours come fitted with straps) are used to attach car top carriers to vehicle rooftops with not luggage rack.  They fit onto ledges along the roof line inside the car doors.  Most cars have some type of ledge (there is NO listing or fit list, you must examine your own car).  The "J" portion of the clip is roughly as big as the end of your finger.  Find the ledge to put the hook on.  When you tighten the straps over the car top carrier, the clips are pulled up into place.  Close the car door over the clips.

Car Top Carrier Safety Lock:  This light weight lock comes with a retractable coated steel cable and three digit combination lock you set to your own numbers.  The lock cable threads through handles or loops built into Pack-Right car top carriers, zIpper pulls, and around your luggage rack.  You can purchase two one for each side of the bag.  The locks help prevent the "bad guys" from simply unstrapping your car top carrier and lunch stops or gas stations.  For ultimate security we do not recommend leaving your car top bag on the car overnight.

Extra Strap Set:  All Pack-Right carriers come with four sets of straps.  They are so useful and work in so many different applications you can purchase them as an extra set of four. Each pair of straps has a loop sewn in the end for quick attachment to the luggage bar or each other to make one long tie down. They have single bar slide adjustors to change the length and strong ladder lock buckle.

Classic FRAME System NEW:  The lightweight and strong PVC frame system fits inside the Classic car top carrier and gives the bag shape and structure.  This makes packing the carrier very easy as you can access the entire volume.  It also makes the carrier look nice and holds the material taunt for longer product life.
